REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY
The BSF Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., Gwal Pahari, Gurugram- had by written instrument dated 26.12.1995 appointed Sh N K Sehgal of M/S Ansal Properties & Infrastructures Ltd., (M/S APIL), and by instrument dated 22.9.1997 appointed Sh Sushil Ansal, Chairman and two of his nomineesSh Pradeep Seth and Sh N K Sehgal of M/S APIL as our attorneys in fact for the purposes and with powers therein set forth in the instrument.
Notice is hereby given that the BSF Cooperative House Building Society Ltd has revoked, and do hereby revoke, the above-described written instruments, and all powers and authorities thereby given, or intended to be given, to Sh Sushil Ansal, Sh Pradeep Seth and Sh N.K. Sehgal or any other representatives, nominees, agents or any person on behalf of M/S Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd.
