The food/dishes being sold are not made with the recipes as created by Haji Banda Hasan and his sons and identify for taste and quality with Khan Chacha, which were being used for making the first since after 8th of November, 2016. The name "Khan Chacha" is being misused without any authority by M/s Gupta and Gupta Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors Sh. Navneet Kalra and Smt. Shehla Kalra. Pubic is hereby requested to please not associate the food being served in the restaurant with the food prepared by Haji Banda Hasan and his sons and they shall not be bearing any responsibility for the food items being processed and sold from the restaurant.
